Workshop Description

This two- or three-day course is an update of a GTG favorite. It is designed to help those who are qualified to take the Project Management Professional (PMP ®) Examination fine tune their skills for a successful outcome. In accordance with the exam guidelines, participants must have at least three years of full time project management experience.

This workshop teaches participants how to prepare to pass the PMP® Exam. It is an intensive overview of the five process groups and nine knowledge areas of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide). In addition, it covers information on the professional responsibility portion of the exam. Each module contains exercises and practice questions formulated to prepare you to earn your PMP®.

Attendees will learn how to identify the inputs, tools, techniques, and outputs of the project management processes. The course drills down on all areas -- reviewing key topics tested on the exam. Participants will also have the opportunity to identify areas of weakness. They leave well equipped to pass the PMP® exam.
